Tips for Interview including body language

This is a common matter all of us when we go for interview and how will put my myself on the front of Interviewer.Lot of things are their that play a vital role. Just I am giving you some tips which I have gathered all experiance in my practical life .

1. Search a job : This is the first stage of you. And this is the most important matter to search a suitable job for you and it have to ensure that you have the quality for that particular job for which you are going to face the interview. So you search the your suitable job. Some job is very open for the all fresher candidate and you may get a better job after you will do the job for some year.

2. About the company : you have to know in advance about the company and what is the product and service that company. It may help you if the interviewer ask you whether you know their company or not. So you get some information about that company in advance so that you may not fall any problem at that time.

3. Resume strength: generally I have seen the many people use the one type of resume that content only name, address and qualification.. But it is not enough to know about a person. You have to put more information as you can. There are many internet site for where you can get a beautiful resume format and save to your computer and fill up the information about you. Remember it will help to know about your impression. I have seen that all company would give me response to me where I would send my resume . It means it will help you to open the first gate way.

4. Past experience: If you are working in a company and looking for another same type of job then clearly state your previous experience what you have. And if you can give their in details your job profile of present company then it would be better and they who will take your interview ,they can understand about your ability and may be your short list will make easier.

5. Same group of company: If you are the fresher candidate then you have try to find the job of your stream. Suppose you are from commerce student then you mat go to the banking sector, and accountant job and suppose you are from science student then you may search for the chemist and some technical job . I want to say that better if you keep your own industry. It is not only help you to get the job but also after having some experience from that company you can get a better job also.

6. Reach In Time: Take more time to get the route and the destination. If you reach to the destination in early then it gives you the sufficient time to take some relax and prepare for the interview. This manner will show that you are punctuality and serious. Otherwise if you reach late then it will show that you are not so interest but suppose if you late or unable to attend the interview in time then let them know that you are getting late due to the some reason and you are helpless and you shall reach their.

7. Don’t get bad Mood that day: If you have the extra time then take 10 times breadth at the morning ,read newspaper with hot a cup of tea or coffee, take some massage of your body and face , take a bath if possible then take a bubble birth ,take the breakfast and if possible then eat chocolate as whether it is dark or light ,it can make the smile of man and women.

8. How to dress for success: It is true that you wont get a job with only well dress but it has important. A candidate with well dress will make a strong impression. So knowing how to dress requires preparation. Any Employee can search about that company where he is going to face the interview in order to his image to fit one of the company..

The following tips is both man and women
a. Avoid any time of chewing Gum
b. Hair should not be long .
c. You should not be use more jweelary.
d. Don’t forget to check your finger nails
e. Take a fresh Breadth before going to interview room.
f. Your shirt will be not so deep color and may use the light color shirt with deep paint.
g. Don’t use perfume which is exaggerate and a light scent can be used.
h. Make sure that your shoes have polished.
i. Combing your hair properly.


9. Self confidence: I have faced many interview and from their I can say you that this is the vital point for every interviewee. The most common cause of interview failure is the excessive nervousness as well as lack of self confidence. During the session of interview you will have try to show to your employer that you are capable for the applying job and you can do better then other applicant employee or existing employee. If you show that you are getting nervous then the employer may have doubt about you handle the pressure of the work. But it is normal to be nervous but you will try not show other and try to keep that your inside. You give all answer to interviewer as a confidant and if you are not familiar with any question then politely said that sorry I don’t know about that but I have to know this. Don’t give them wrong answer as it may take the place of bad impression and that will think that you are liar or fraud. So better you say no instead of wrong answer. Your answer must be clearly and confidently what you know. You have tell yourself that you are the right candidate for this job. You have to trust your own ability. If you do some exercise regularly in the open park and chat with other potential person then you can gather automatically self confidence. You are not alone facing that problem I was also facing that problem when I went to face an interview then I search some site in the internet in order to reduce the nervousness and how to increase the self confident. Make some chat among the few number of person is also will help you to increase your self confidence.

10. Body language: Yes, it is the most important point that play vital role for a success interviewee. You can explain about your educational qualification , what experience have you gain since that time, and you can also explain that you know and talking about them using the word. But at the same time you can your body language can also give out to other person. But when you will be asked to give any answer of their question ,at that time your answer wont be oral. They will not pay attention not only what you are saying them but also they will follow that how you are giving them answer. I think everybody have their own body language but through becoming more aware about your body language will help you out to get the chances of your job and later on you will see that the interviewer paying more attention on you. One thing that you keep in your mind that suppose you go to face the interview and you have reached their and you have announced yourself to the reception ,you will often be asked to be seated. After a while someone will come to lead you to the interview area, at that time don not jump up immediately and don’t offer handshake. It is the better let the other person takes the initiative, and wait for handshake, your handshake should not be powerful and not to look straight at the other person. It is better if you hand shake them over the table by saying your name and from where you have come.
Ok, I am going to tell how should be your body language during
the interview through some points---- Choose the Seat: After the initial interview you will be asked to take your seat then it will be better to choose the right seat but you can choose the left seat also I want to tell you that choose the seat from where you can see clearly all Interviewer.

Eye Contact: You should maintain your Eye Contact to all committee equal and your eye contact should be about 60 to 70 % of total time.

Hands: Do not Amplify hand gestures when you are giving them answer. You have to practice and learn how to apply your hand and trying answering an interview possible answer in front of mirror help you to understand how much you move your hand while you give the answer them.

Mirror Practice: Mirror practice is not only help you out to get the idea how to move your hand but also you will know the how your body move while talking and how you open your lip while talking. So if you practice for some days before going to face the interview then you easily can get a idea how to speak the other with your effective body language.

Speaking Way: Speak Clearly but not too fast. You can take time to think and to give your answer. Whatever you say must be clear and understandable and appropriate. So not required to say speed ,if you say slowly then you will have sufficient time to think and maintain your body language also.

Facial Signal: Carry a natural smile, Avoid faked cough, looking side ways, Nod slowly.

Posture: your movement should be slow and do not hurry any movement. Keep your shoulder back. Smile and keep eye contact when it is required.

Negative massage: Passing finger through hair, Biting the fingernail, wringing hands, adjusting tie, touching nose or face these are all negative massage that you have to avoid during the interview.

Head Position: This is also play a active role in body language aspect. This is a important character when you will go for interview. When your head is low or rise it may be sign as the person moved to looking at the point of interest. Tilting the head sideways can be sign of interest. It can also be giving the signal as it says that I am interesting in you. When you want to feel confident and self-assured during the interview, keep your head level, both horizontally and vertically.

Arms Offer: This offer clues as to how open and receptive we are, so it is better if you keep your arms to the side of your body. This will show that you are not scared to take on whatever comes your way.
Palm slightly up and outward, it means open and friendly and palm-down gesture, it will show that dominant and possibly aggressive.

11. Common Question during Interview:
Q. Tell me about your self? It is the common question and your answer should not too long. And You need to have a sort statement that you prepared in your mind in advance.

Q. Do you think that you are the genuine person for this job? Your answer will be always yes and you explain that why you are the right person for that job. A good explanation should be their.

Q. what is your previous experience? If you are a fresh candidate then you can simply say that I am a fresh candidate and I have no previous experience but I want to gain the experience if you give me a chance or if your are experienced person then your answer will be yes I have and speak about your specific that relate to that job. If you have past experience which is related the job for which you are applied then can easily said that sir, I have same work experience that you want and explained the job profile of your current job.

Q. what do you know about our Organization ? The answer of this question you have to searched before the interview. You can get the information about that company by searching the internet and from people and from the other reliable sources.

Q. Have you already applied for the other job? In this case your answer should be honest what you have but not to take a lot time answering them and try to give focus on this job for which you have come and try to avoid that question early. This manner show them may be you have applied for the other job but you are interest also in this job.

Q. Have you any dream job? In this case you stay away from a specific job. The best way to say something like A job where I love the work, like the people, can contribute and can not wait to get to work.

Q. What would your previous boss say about your strongest point? You can say all point like Energy, Positive attitude, Leadership, Patience, Hard work and problem solver.

Q. Tell me about your ability under pressure? Give an sutuible answer to them and you can put expamle that related to the type of position applied for.

Q.What is your biggest weakness? This is one of the common question that every interviewer ask during the intervies to check ability to face different situation. Your answer should be honest and tell them I am trying to avoid that weakness as early as possible.

Q. What is more important to you: the money or the work? Money is always important but at the same time work is the most important also. You can put your answer this way.

Q. Would you be willing to relocate if required? You should be clear on this question and not to forget to mention the family ground. And not say yes for just to get the job. If it is really problem to relocate your job, then clearly say NO as this can create a lot of problems later on your career.

Q. What salary do you expect? This is also a common question and loaded question also. In this case you don’t give them first answer. So do not answer it, instead say something like, that is tough question. If you are a fresher candidate then you can ask them to tell the salary range for that position but if you are experienced candidate then you can answer them that now I am getting this salary and now I am going to change it and going to take more responsibility then my current job so you tell how much should be my salary . But you can put the expecting salary after telling all above.

Q. If you had enough money to retire right now, would you? Your answer should be casually and little smile and say yes, if you would, but since you need to work, this is the type of work prefer.

Q. Have you ever been asked to leave your current job? In this case if you have not then you can say NO but if you have then be honest and saying breif without the all negative things .

Q. Why do you want to work for this organization? The answer of this question may take some time but thought and say the actual important of this company .The all point you may say that encouraged you to apply for this job.

Q. Why do want to leave your current job? In this case never refer to a major problem with management or your co-worker .if you say that then you will be the one looking bad. Keep smiling and talk what is the reason such as an opportunity and a chance to do something special.

Q. What you will do if you don’t get this job? Your answer should be like that I am committed to this company and it is advancement so, if I am not selected here ,I will work with and support whoever might get selected. However my experience would make me the best candidate.
